About The Position
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is seeking a dentist for a full-time position at an established private dental practice in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. This is a single opening to serve the local community. The practice has six operatories, operates on a fee-for-service/PPO basis, and has a strong, primarily adult patient base. The practice is equipped with cone beam technology, intraoral scanners, and rotary endodontic equipment. The dentist will provide comprehensive care. Compensation includes 30% of collections and a daily guarantee, with details to be discussed based on experience. There are no lab fees unless unapproved labs are used. The work week is Monday through Thursday.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania dental license.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform routine procedures such as restorations, extractions, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow state and practice compliance standards.
- Collaborate with dental staff to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.
