About The Position

Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another. This role involves partnering with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless transition from booking through event completion, developing and implementing SOPs, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with budgeting. Travel to other Clubs for training and support is expected during the off-season (November-March). The position also includes participation in corporate initiatives, such as transitioning to a new BEO/event management system, and weekly BEO and manager meetings. Additional responsibilities may be added as the role evolves. The role also entails hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and developing Private Events Coordinators, reviewing BEOs for accuracy, and partnering with Food & Beverage leadership to develop training programs and service standards.
