Requirements

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at once
Clear, confident communication-both written and verbal
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience in events, restaurants, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for private event clients-from first inquiry through day-of execution
Create and manage proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Support sales efforts by building relationships, generating leads, and maximizing event revenue
Guide guests through planning, offering creative ideas and solutions that elevate their event experience
Coordinate with our restaurants, bar team, and operations staff to ensure flawless execution
Manage event logistics including timelines, room setups, food & beverage coordination, and special requests
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and personality
Maintain and update event and client information across internal systems
Be present during events as needed to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests feel taken care of
