Requirements

  • At least 2 years of buyside investment experience (Hard requirement, please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement)
  • Strong financial modeling and due diligence acumen across multiple transaction types
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail
  • Strong project management, organizational, process management, and communication skills
  • Excel in building strong relationships
  • A bachelor's degree from a top university with a strong GPA

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally have experience in buyouts of B2B enterprise software or business service businesses

Responsibilities

  • Find and connect with interesting companies, and their CEOs that fit within our target profile
  • Build financial models, researching industry dynamics, and writing investment memorandums for potential investment opportunities
  • Analyze companies during deal-making the due diligence process, by developing a deep understanding of their customers, sales process, lead generation, churn, product positioning, competition, team, and market.
  • Assist in managing the deal making process, including working with lawyers, accountants, and consultants
  • Work with the Board of portfolio companies' post-transaction to improve operational efficiencies, sales & marketing workflows, and financial management.
