About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical finance professional with a background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory to help build and evaluate advanced financial modeling workflows used in cutting-edge AI initiatives. This role combines deep financial expertise with emerging AI technologies. You will create complex finance-related tasks, develop production-quality financial models, and collaborate on projects that help improve the next generation of AI systems.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting
Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from scratch.
Strong understanding of: Three-statement modeling, DCF valuation, LBO modeling, Financial statement analysis, M&A transactions, Corporate valuation methodologies
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
Prior experience managing analysts, associates, or finance teams.
Background in private equity portfolio analysis, transaction services, or financial due diligence.
Experience building process improvements, automation workflows, or internal tools.

Responsibilities

Build and review complex financial analysis projects including: M&A due diligence, Data room analysis, LBO models, DCF models, Three-statement models, Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, Credit and debt models, EBITDA bridges and financial forecasting
Create high-quality financial modeling benchmarks and validation frameworks.
Manage and review work completed by finance subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Develop evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics, and quality standards for financial analysis projects.
Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflows, review outputs, and increase operational efficiency.
Partner with internal stakeholders to scope, execute, and deliver finance-focused projects from start to finish.
Analyze AI model performance on finance-related tasks and identify areas for improvement.
