About The Position

We are looking for individuals to join our capital formation and investor relations team. This role involves cultivating relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices, presenting opportunities, and closing deals. While the company is a startup, this is a lucrative, long-term, paid role, not an equity gig unless desired. It begins with a two-week paid evaluation period, transitioning into a permanent position. Participation can be full-time, part-time, fractional, or during evenings/off-hours. The role is remote and structured for professionals with existing networks, relationships, and experience in investor-facing environments. Experience and network in any sector (real estate, startups, alts, etc.) is relevant as you will be presenting a wide variety of investment opportunities. The company is a funded, remote-first startup with a live private beta product, a team of over 20 contributors, and an experienced technical founder. They are building a platform to help people raise money, starting with raising capital for the platform itself, and then helping customers raise capital through the platform as a service.
