About The Position

The Private Equity team is intentionally small, meaning junior professionals work directly with senior investors on all aspects of the investment process - sourcing, diligence, structuring, execution, and portfolio oversight—rather than being layered beneath multiple levels of hierarchy. This structure provides significantly broader responsibility and exposure than a traditional private equity associate role. We are seeking a highly analytical, resourceful, and intellectually curious Private Equity Analyst to join our investment team in the New York office. This is a junior, entry-level role well suited for a recent graduate with a strong quantitative background. Prior finance experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance or related quantitative field from a top college or university. The firm is prepared to provide the necessary finance and investment training for the right individual, with the expectation that this is a full-time, long-term role rather than a short-term training program.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Demonstrated work ethic and interest in private equity, investing, or finance
  • Self-starter with ability to work across silos
