About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity within Schroders Capital Private Equity’s US Buyout investment team based in New York. You will be centrally involved in the full investment process across primary investments, secondary investments, and direct co-investments within the US buyout market. The Investment analyst will join a cohesive group of high-performing investment professionals with relevant backgrounds ranging from private equity investing, investment banking, accounting & finance, and operations. This hire is expected to play a key role in all aspects of our business.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
• Between two to three years of work experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, M&A, consulting
• Financial analysis, business modelling, and valuation skills
• Excellent communication skills (written / verbal / presentation)
• An ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals
• An ability to manage multiple responsibilities and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of quality and accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Experience analyzing companies, industries, and funds from an investment perspective a plus
• Preferably, investment banking, consulting, M&A, or related corporate finance field
