About The Position

CF Private Equity is seeking a Private Equity Analyst with approximately 1–2 years of relevant work experience to join its Real Assets and Sustainability investment team in Norwalk, Connecticut. This is not an entry-level campus-recruiting position; candidates should have a foundation in investment analysis, financial modeling, or related work and be ready to apply it to real assets and sustainability investing. The Real Assets & Sustainability team invests through CF Private Equity’s Sustainability and Natural Resources programs, which have raised more than $3.5 billion since inception. Sustainability investments seek standalone private equity returns while intending to report measurable environmental benefits, across themes including renewable energy; food, agriculture, and water; and resource efficiency. Natural Resources investments include energy, power generation, physical infrastructure, agriculture, mining, and select services in these sectors. The analyst will contribute to investment strategy and due diligence, conduct market research and financial analysis, support investment and portfolio management, and collaborate with investment professionals and other teams.
