About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s York Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in a client’s home, with schedules selected by the nurse. Nurses receive onboarding, virtual and hands-on orientation, and paid training. The position offers a $1,200 sign-on bonus with a commitment of two night shifts per week, and the office also offers a holiday PTO incentive. Part-time and PRN hours are available.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• MAR-CPA.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose.
• Follow, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
