LPN/RN Private Duty Nursing (Children to Young Adults) Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring LPNs or RNs to provide private duty nursing care to children through young adults in Russellville, Missouri. The role involves one-on-one skilled nursing care, building a trusting relationship with the patient and family, following an individualized plan of care, and working independently with support from a responsive clinical team. Specific opportunities and case fit are discussed with candidates. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with a particular need for nights and weekends. Premium pay is offered for weekday overnight, weekend day, and weekend overnight shifts. Full-time nurses are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Nurses receive specialized hands-on training, and full-time and part-time nurses receive an annual stay bonus.
