About The Position

Phoenix is hiring private duty LPNs or RNs in Farber, Missouri to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children and young adults. Nurses work independently while receiving support from a responsive clinical team, follow each patient’s individualized plan of care, and build trusting relationships with patients and their families. The company discusses available opportunities and helps candidates determine whether a particular case is a good fit. Full-time nurses are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Premium pay is offered for weekday overnight shifts (+$2 per hour), weekend day shifts (+$3 per hour), and weekend overnight shifts (+$4 per hour). Structured full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience working independently in a one-on-one home care setting.
• Experience administering medications and monitoring changes in a patient’s condition.
• Experience with clinical observation and documentation.
• Experience supporting children, young adults, and families in a care setting.
