About The Position

TheKey is hiring a Private Duty Nurse to provide high-end, personalized one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. Nurses deliver care tailored to each patient’s needs and coordinate with families, physicians, and TheKey’s care team. The role offers flexible scheduling and client-specific assignments, including shifts, short visits, per-diem work, and ongoing cases. Nurses are W2 employees, with benefits and paid time off eligibility depending on hours worked.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to deliver high-standard care independently, confidently, professionally, and with minimal supervision.
• Dependability, punctuality, discretion, and professional etiquette.
• Comfort using basic digital tools and mobile apps for charting, scheduling, and communication.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of nursing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transportation to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using digital tools and communicate with families, physicians, and the care team.
• Provide personalized health education and care management to patients and their families.
