About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty nursing care to adult patients with high acuity needs, specifically those requiring trach care. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to adult patients.
• Administer care to patients requiring trach care.

• Utilize electronic documentation via tablet in patient's home.
