About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty nursing care for a teen patient with high acuity, requiring trach care. This role involves working Monday and Wednesday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Gainsville, FL. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (or compact license to be transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to a teen patient with high acuity and trach needs.
• Administer care in the patient's home setting.
• Work collaboratively to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Complete electronic documentation.
