About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our growing team. This specific case is for an adult patient requiring G-tube/Trach care and is open for full-time and part-time nurses. The schedule involves weekdays with specific hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Wednesday.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to adult patients.
• Administer care including G-tube/Trach support.
• Work with patients requiring vent support.
• Document care electronically via tablet in patient's home.
• Collaborate with operators and clinicians for 24/7 local support.
