Private Duty LPN/RN- Overnights for Adult Care
About The Position
At Castor Home Health Solutions, we are looking for a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight nursing care for an adult in the comfort of their home. This is a meaningful opportunity for a nurse who enjoys relationship-based care, steady overnight work, and the opportunity to make a difference for one patient and family. Our nurses provide personalized care while building trusted, long-term relationships with the patients and families they serve. We carefully match nurses with the right-fit patient for long-term success and provide paid hands-on training, 24/7 clinical support, and a laptop in the home for easy charting.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Compassionate and dependable nurses
- Nurses who enjoy consistent, relationship-based care
Nice To Haves

- No private duty nursing experience? We provide paid, hands-on training in tracheostomy care, ventilators, G/J tubes, and more so you feel confident and supported before working independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Support the patient’s overnight care needs
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Provide compassionate and dependable support to the patient and family
- Complete simple, real-time charting during your shift
