About The Position

Castor Home Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide 1:1 overnight pediatric nursing care for a young child in the home. This is a meaningful opportunity for a nurse who enjoys relationship-based care, steady overnight work, and the chance to make a difference for one patient and family. Our nurses provide personalized care in the comfort of the patient’s home while building trusted, long-term relationships. We carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success, and we provide paid hands-on training, 24/7 clinical support, and a laptop in the home for easy charting. This role involves providing 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home, supporting the overnight care needs of a teenager, monitoring vitals, administering medications, and performing treatments as ordered. Nurses will also support the patient and family through compassionate, dependable care and complete simple real-time charting during their shift.

Requirements

Active Illinois RN license
CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Compassionate, dependable nurses
Nurses who enjoy consistent, relationship-based care
New grads encouraged to apply
