We are seeking a Privacy Operations Project Coordinator to support the implementation of Data Subject Rights (DSR) controls across the company's vendor stack. This is a focused, execution-oriented contract role where the analyst will work through a defined population of approximately 1,000 vendors, collecting specific data points from each so that engineering can propagate DSR requests through every vendor system. This is a tactical, regimented role rather than a strategic one. The project itself is managed by a privacy operations lead; this analyst executes the day-to-day work of identifying points of contact, reaching out, persistently following up, and compiling the required information for engineering to action. The right person is highly organized, comfortable with high-volume outbound communication (email, calls, follow-ups), and able to work through the same well-defined task many hundreds of times without losing rigor or velocity. The business driver is retroactive: the company is implementing DSR privacy controls on a large set of legacy vendors to catch up with organizational requirements. Vendors range from small boutique shops to major platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Expect roughly an 80 / 20 split where most vendors are easy to work with and the rest require more persistence.
