Requirements
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience
- 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships
- Candidate must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area to adequately cover the territory
Responsibilities
- Equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families.
- Building relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains.
- Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities.
- Developing partnerships with stakeholders.
- Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development.
- Implementing and executing ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events.
