3rd shift Printing Operator
About The Position
The Printing Operator supports customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by meeting production and packaging needs throughout the facility. This is a third-shift position scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The company provides opportunities to learn, grow, and develop skills. The operator inspects and packages plastic products, operates equipment safely and efficiently, uses basic tools, completes paperwork, monitors production quality and accuracy, maintains continuous production runs and machine efficiency, and helps keep the plant clean. The role requires following company and departmental procedures and complying with Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices. Additional duties may be assigned by leadership. Responsibilities
- Inspect and package plastic products that meet quality standards.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use basic tools safely before placing boxes on a pallet.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Monitor production runs for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
- Clean the work area daily and place scrap appropriately to maintain plant cleanliness.
- Perform additional duties as required by leadership, efficiently and safely.
- Follow company and departmental procedures.
- Follow Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices.
