About The Position

This role is for an Experienced Machine Operator to run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring efficient production through proper job setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards. The position is key to meeting customer demand and strengthening the skilled production team.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar bag machines
Responsibilities
