About The Position

This position is for a Print Room Operator on the 3rd shift, focusing on lamination processes. The role involves understanding and following work instructions, troubleshooting paint processes, performing changeovers, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean work environment. The operator will also be responsible for understanding safety procedures and PPE. The job requires a strong work ethic, good attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and adherence to company values are also emphasized.

Requirements

Excellent trouble shooting skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals
Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record
Valid driver’s license required for business travel
Regular and predictable attendance required
Basic skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow work instructions and control plans
Make adjustments and troubleshoot Black Frit paint processes
Perform change overs and screen changes
Identify proper paint and use proper mixing techniques to insure quality parts are produced
Assist with key tasks during changeovers full line
Do quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal, input GMaP’s data when required
Maintain an organized clean work environment 5S
Understand required PPE, location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops
Ability to work in a fast paced environment keeping the process running
Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision making skills
Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
