Requirements

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality-minded
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
• Set-up, teardown between jobs
• Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule
• Quality checks
• Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
• Assisting in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned
