The position involves managing the entire lifecycle of customer production jobs, from receiving and logging to scheduling, tracking, and performing quality inspections. Key responsibilities include problem-solving production issues, optimizing document design, integrating variable data, and performing file conversions. The role also entails managing equipment, including applying asset tags, tracking moves, performing basic maintenance and cleaning, and collecting meter reads. Additionally, the position involves processing faxes, maintaining billing logs, updating information using a PC, and responding to equipment issues by contacting service personnel. Training end-users and mentoring co-workers are also part of the duties. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other assigned duties to support customer production requirements.
