About The Position

JCDecaux is currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Print Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end production workflows, vendor communications, and contract administration across our Street Furniture and Airport advertising divisions. This role serves as a vital bridge between sales, operations, and external vendors, ensuring seamless traffic management, accurate tracking, and strict adherence to sustainability mandates. This is a full-time position based in our NYC office and will operate in a hybrid work model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, production, or operations role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage all estimates, contracts, and service agreement generation across internal and partner platforms.
  • Review and check client print files, providing technical feedback and revisions requirements when necessary.
  • Act as the primary liaison for vendor communications, trafficking artwork between internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Maintain real-time tracking logs in Monday.com and provide clear ETAs and information to operations and sales teams.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of specialized orders, including mall directory jobs, Beverly Center campaigns.
  • Assist in collecting and managing information for innovate and special projects.
  • Maintain the master airport log in Monday.com; updating campaign statuses and monitoring automated shipment reports.
  • Manage document archiving, ensuring all Client Approval Forms (CAFs) and vendor PDF proofs are properly stored for reference and airport approval.
  • Coordinate logistics with site-specific installation teams.
  • Route airport filler jobs, notify operations, and manage site installation contracts.
  • Assist Production Director in pricing requests and inputting updated pricing into master sheet yearly.
  • Add install project management fees to media contracts and traffic invoices for payment.
  • Compile and manage quarterly environmental and recyclability data logs.
  • Monitor weekly posting rounds to assist local operations teams in reducing recycling issues.
