About The Position

The Production Associate I is responsible for maintaining and operation of their primary stations & bindery equipment to company standards. Basic knowledge of printing machinery, cutting, folding, UV coating, sorting and binding machines is desired, but not required.

Requirements

Basic computer, verbal and written communication skills
Working in a manufacturing (warehouse) environment
Ability to lift 40lbs.
Working with heavy machinery like Bindery & Finishing Equipment
Able to stand or/and walk for 70-90% of shift.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of printing machinery, cutting, folding, UV coating, sorting and binding machines is desired

Able to work quickly and able to meet strict deadlines.
Detail-oriented, able to read and interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address proactively.
Able to evaluate projects and provide input on productivity and quality improvements.
Organized and experienced in managing multiple priorities
Open to helping other departments like sorting, coating cutting etc.
