About The Position

ARC Document Solutions / RIOT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Large Format Print Operator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the large-format printing industry. The successful candidate will be trained to operate wide-format printers, finishing equipment, and cutting systems while producing high-quality graphics for retail, events, trade shows, construction, and corporate clients.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

Operate large-format printers, router and laminator, load and unload print media, including vinyl, banner material, paper, fabric, and rigid substrates laminate, mount, trim, weed, and package finished graphics
Perform quality control inspections to ensure color accuracy, sizing, and overall print quality
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Learn proper operation and maintenance of printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing equipment
Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines
Work safely while following company policies and equipment procedures
Assist other departments as needed to ensure projects are completed on time
The ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs when transferring between machines and/or during packaging
The ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale
A can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by researching new materials and learning innovative ways to utilize production equipment in our quest to delight our clients
