About The Position
The Print/Mail/Scan Production Associate processes engineering drawing requests supporting Airplane Parts Validation for end-user customers of a large aerospace company. The role is part of Xerox’s service delivery team dedicated to supporting The Boeing Company and works to maintain contracted service levels, customer satisfaction, customer relationships, and contract commitments within cost targets. The associate delivers service that meets service-level agreements, supports productivity improvements, and contributes to service transformation and business growth. Work ranges from routine to complex and may require problem-solving. The role includes direct interaction with local customer contacts and opportunities to build skills from foundational to complex.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks and ensuring timely completion of activities.
- Good communication skills.
- Adherence to the assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Process drawing requests for end users.
- Validate requestor permissions for access to drawings.
- Coordinate resolution of image issues submitted through the helpdesk system.
- Locate requested drawings and distribute them to requestors.
- Deliver service that meets service-level agreements and supports high customer satisfaction.
- Support productivity improvements and contribute to service transformation and business growth.
- Maintain customer relationships and fulfill contract commitments within cost targets.
