AlphaGraphics offers design, printing, signs, fulfillment, promotional, apparel, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Print & Bindery Production Manager.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in the Printing Industry
Minimum 3 years in Management
Ability to work and interact with a variety of individuals
Strong people management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven and multi project coordination environment

Responsibilities

Management of multiple projects simultaneously
Full understanding of digital printing and bindery
Maintaining and ordering supplies and stock for the print and bindery departments
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Define and coordinate print production schedules
Liaising among different departments e.g. Pre-press, Press, Bindery, Quality, etc.
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute successfully
Provide creative solutions to production issues
Be a team player; doing whatever is necessary to meet project demands and deadlines
Responsible for monthly performance analysis
Work in the digital print and bindery departments as needed
