Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in the Printing Industry
- Minimum 3 years in Management
- Ability to work and interact with a variety of individuals
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven and multi project coordination environment

Responsibilities
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Full understanding of digital printing and bindery
- Maintaining and ordering supplies and stock for the print and bindery departments
- Define and coordinate print production schedules
- Liaising among different departments e.g. Pre-press, Press, Bindery, Quality, etc.
- Provide creative solutions to production issues
- Be a team player; doing whatever is necessary to meet project demands and deadlines
- Responsible for monthly performance analysis
- Work in the digital print and bindery departments as needed
