This position is responsible for monitoring the daily activities of Statement Processing and Mail Center Operations staff, which includes training, coaching, quality reviews and daily production. The Print and Mail Supervisor is responsible for promoting and exemplifying outstanding customer service in conjunction with insuring the department's basic activities and processes are completed promptly and within departmental published standards. They are accountable for the development of the staff that will be called upon to deliver operational excellence alongside ensuring staff compliance with Bancorp policies and procedures. Manage assigned front-line section within the Operations Division, ensuring that employees, equipment and materials are used properly to maximize productivity. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results.
