About The Position

This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Vehicle Registration printing and mailing. The Supervisor will coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for equipment maintenance, repair, and inventory replenishment. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality control, and managing staff to complete various printing and mailing tasks accurately and safely. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Print & Mail management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with data and software testing.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar analytical tools.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a customer–facing environment.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a print house.
  • 4+ years’ previous experience in utility printing or related activities in a managerial or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Vehicle Registration printing and mailing.
  • Manage and coordinate with the internal service department and vendors to maintain and repair equipment.
  • Manage and coordinate inventory replenishment and quality control.
  • Manage and coordinate printer and equipment replacement and repair as needed.
  • Maintain strong channels of communication with the home office in TN.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure tasks such as receiving, printing, verifying, and mailing registration batches are completed.
  • Ensure staff reprint registrations as needed.
  • Ensure staff add proper registration stock to printers as needed.
  • Ensure staff change out registration printer ribbons as needed.
  • Ensure staff feed inserter equipment with envelopes and printed registrations.
  • Provide inserter maintenance.
  • Ensure staff retrieve sealed envelopes from the inserter and place them in appropriate mail trays.
  • Ensure staff complete file verification.
  • Ensure staff sort and place identified household items on cart.
  • Ensure use of property safety equipment among staff, including but not limited to Eye Protection, Ear Protection, and Steel Toes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
