About The Position

Exciting opportunity alert!! TPI is looking for a driven Print Account Manager to work on-site in Pennsauken, NJ. Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for independently managing a high volume of medium-scale printing projects, ensuring cost management, efficient delivery, and client satisfaction of a quality product.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the printing industry.
  • Solid knowledge of printing processes, including digital and offset printing, as well as materials like paper stocks, coatings, and specialty finishes.
  • Understanding of direct mail processes, including postal regulations, variable data printing (VDP), and targeting techniques.
  • Experience managing casino marketing campaigns, such as direct mail, VIP promotions, or loyalty program collateral.
  • Familiarity with casino industry regulations and the unique demands of marketing in this sector.
  • Elevated understanding and knowledge of TPI-specific software and tools.
  • Excel in organizational skills and time management.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and managing print production workflows.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) along with Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client communication as primary point of contact to gather project details, communicate expectations, address concerns, and get project approval.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (prepress, data, VDP and production) to ensure specifications & timelines are met.
  • Track project timelines and update status reports daily.
  • Generate and manage monthly and ad hoc job tickets for all clients within the assigned portfolio.
  • Work directly with internal customers to resolve project challenges, such as delays, material shortages, or technical issues, relaying this information to clients with assistance of Senior Management if needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors for outsourcing or specialized production needs.
  • Train and mentor entry level team members.
  • Develop detailed production schedules.
