You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring the implementation of the New Education System's principles.

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Valid Texas Principal certification
• A minimum of three years of exemplary teaching experience or comparable leadership experience is essential.
• Additional leadership experience on the campus or otherwise is essential.

Nice To Haves

• Administrative experience as Principal, Assistant Principal, or Dean of Instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the school's operations.

• Ensuring the implementation of the New Education System's principles.
• Identifying quality instructional and non-instructional staff and inspiring excellence in them.
• Making decisions for the benefit of the school and community.
• Communicating, collaborating, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including: Teachers and staff, Students and parents, Community and business partners, Other members of the school and district community.
• Selecting and mentoring a high quality school staff.
• Developing and maintaining quality data, a balanced budget, and operational systems control closely tied to instructional priorities.
