About The Position

The Principal Technology Recruiter is responsible for delivering high impact, full cycle recruiting solutions for complex and highly specialized roles across various highly skilled AI-enabled roles across Experis COE’s. This role partners closely with business leaders to solve critical talent needs, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure timely access to top tier technical talent aligned to business growth and client delivery objectives. Making an Impact • Owns and drives recruiting outcomes for senior level, high complexity technology and client facing roles critical to Experis delivery success • Influences workforce planning and hiring strategy through deep understanding of market conditions, technical skill demand, and business priorities • Translates market intelligence into actionable hiring strategies, including competitor insights, compensation trends, and talent availability • Directly supports delivery readiness, innovation, and revenue execution through timely placement of high quality talent • Builds and sustains external talent networks and strong internal partnerships to support long-term capability building • Owns the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, efficient process flow, and alignment with client and Experis brand standards • Leverages AI enabled sourcing and recruiting technologies to improve speed, quality, and efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle Your Typical Day and Other Key Details • Operates in a hybrid or remote work environment, partnering with stakeholders internal and external across multiple geographies • Manages multiple requisitions concurrently across various roles • Conducts intake meetings, sourcing strategy sessions, candidate assessments, candidate interview prep and offer negotiations • Uses applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to manage pipelines • Delivers regular recruiting updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to business leaders • Occasional travel for stakeholder meetings, hiring events, or business need

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success recruiting senior level and specialized technical and delivery focused positions
  • Strong working knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, and software development methodologies
  • Proven success in placing contract IT talent for clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
  • 7+ years professional experience
  • College Degree or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Background in consulting, professional services, or matrixed enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or high growth initiatives
  • Experience or exposure to working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
  • Bachelor’s degree
