Skylo is seeking a Principal Technical Recruiter to be the most expert recruiter in the building. This individual will own the hardest searches, the hiring system, and set the bar for the rest of the team. This is the senior-most individual-contributor seat in Talent Acquisition, responsible for writing and teaching the hiring playbook. The role involves taking on critical, ambiguous, or senior searches, including leadership roles and deeply technical positions in new domains. The goal is to improve the entire talent acquisition function by enhancing predictive loops, calibration, closing speed, and candidate experience. This person will be the go-to for leadership regarding the talent market, role scoping, and identifying issues within the hiring system.
