Principal Technical Project/Program Manager
About The Position
Responsible for initiating and leading strategic technical projects and programs of high complexity. This role manages enterprise-level programs such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes. Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of enterprise-level scale such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes. Leads teams in managing and/or facilitating the delivery and implementation of project/program scope. Manage multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or a program. Ensures alignment with strategic direction and goals. Creates portfolio/project status reports for executive level representation. Frequently leads other team members on complex projects. Develops a plan for identifying, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders to set consistent expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
