This position is responsible for delivery of technology solutions and relationship management for one or more assigned projects. This is a unique role in that it is engaged end-to-end with the sales cycle, project implementation, and subsequent handoff to support for assigned client opportunities. This role works to create and deliver technical presentations for both current and new Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) products and must be very comfortable interacting with all levels of business and technical staff to efficiently move clients through the sales process and subsequent implementation project. Additionally, due to the deep technical, analytical, and communication skills of the individuals in this role, we continuously engage as a liaison between ICE and client staff on the implementation and troubleshooting of ICE solutions within the client’s environment.
