Appian Customer Success is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformation and competitive differentiation. Your primary responsibility will be to lead projects throughout the entire project life-cycle, defining, designing, developing, and implementing custom software and AI solutions using Appian’s platform for commercial clients. This involves working in an agile environment to understand client business processes and technical needs, launching new relational data models in production, developing APIs for system integration, partnering with Appian Architects and Technical Delivery Managers, and leading/mentoring consultants through fast-paced software implementations. You will also brainstorm AI use cases, implement Appian’s AI tools using techniques like retrieval augment generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models, and collaborate with client technical teams and business users to drive adoption and empower clients to become self-sufficient.
