Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC) System Integration & Test program. This onsite position is based in Huntsville, Alabama, and requires up to 25% travel.

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
System Integration & Test experience.
Experience developing test plans and procedures.
Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
The ability to obtain an Interim-Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Integrated Product Team Lead experience.
Experience evaluating requirements and with Verification and Validation methods.
Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
Experience collaborating with program leadership and partner IPT’s.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a high pressure/high profile environment with program leadership and external customers.
Experience creating integration and verification strategies.
Electrical Engineering experience or exposure.
Effectors & Systems of Systems Background.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC in the planning and execution for lab and field test execution.
Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements
Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.
Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
Create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one or two week durations.
Support Proposal and EAC activities
Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
