Requirements

  • Provide leadership to team leads to drive the execution.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Test System Design, Hardware or Software development spanning multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital).
  • Experience with transition to production (TTP) and production sustainment.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and development and management of budgets, EACs and proposals.
  • Experience with project/program execution leading team leads of teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with RF test systems.
  • Experience with electrical hardware and software development process.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related engineering degree.
  • Experience in Large Program, $100M+ and 80+ indirect employees, execution.
  • Proven background in test system design and development supporting full product development life cycle.
  • Expert knowledge and experience leading a multi-disciplined team
  • Strong systems engineering thought process with good analytical skills.
  • Able to network/influence outside of the TEE organization with other design organizations, project leadership, other engineering disciplines and operations, supply chain & manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with peers, suppliers, management, and customers in development & production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and programmatic oversight for a large, multi-disciplinary team of engineers spanning electrical, mechanical, integration, systems and product development.
  • Lead a team performing test standup of Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and stack level test solutions.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule and technical oversight for large team of multi disciplined engineers spanning electrical, mechanical, integration, systems, product development.
  • Engage and collaborate with suppliers to support test equipment standup.
  • Execute and collaborate with operations, quality and supply chain across multiple factories.
  • Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) responsible for budget and scope of work for a team of approximately 40 engineers ($40M budget).
  • Conduct strategic execution engagement, including influence of leadership and suppliers.
