CACI has an opportunity for a Principal Sub Contracts Administrator. This role involves facilitating and managing complex/critical Procurement and Subcontract management activities for indirect/overhead projects and direct/customer programs. The position requires the ability to lead all aspects of the subcontract acquisition process from proposal stage through program award, execution, and closeout. The role also includes supporting the acquisition process by interfacing with Program Management and Engineering to define requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to develop Supplier Statements of Work (SOW), conducting market research and source selections, preparing and issuing solicitations (RFQs, RFPs, RFI), analyzing supplier proposals/quotes using price/cost analysis techniques for negotiating and definitizing awards, maintaining procurement/subcontract file documentation in compliance with internal and Government FAR/DFAR/DPAS/CPSR regulations, and serving as a responsible party for supplier invoice approvals, dispute resolution, and PO/Subcontract closeout. Collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Contracts, Engineering, Quality, Material Planning, Operations, Program Management, and Finance is essential. The role involves managing and reporting supplier/subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure CACI and Customer objectives are achieved. Developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with Suppliers to achieve Program, Customer, and Corporate goals for sales, orders, and profit is also a key responsibility. The Principal Subcontracts Administrator will partner with functional leadership and internal stakeholders to develop, refine, and publish supply chain policies, procedures, and forms. They will use negotiation expertise to draft and negotiate contract vehicles, including Subcontracts, Letter Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Sole Source Agreements. Initiating corrective action measures and recovery plans with Suppliers when necessary, assessing trends in performance to prevent delays or cost overruns, and applying ingenuity and innovation to drive solutions to complex subcontracting problems and identify areas for supplier performance improvement and cost reduction are also part of the role. Finally, the position serves as the initial point of contact for Subcontracts issues and Supplier contractual support.
