Requirements
- Baccalaureate with minimum of 7+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience.
- Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio management, or a related field.
- Previous experience within a consulting firm
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous Med Tech experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility across all organizational levels.
- Experience working with senior executives on strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect enterprise strategy with operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to shape portfolio and business strategies that drive growth, performance, and organizational priorities.
- Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Provide strategic guidance on investments, prioritization, and business initiatives.
- Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and executive recommendations.
- Develop compelling, data-driven narratives that influence decision-making, build alignment, and accelerate adoption of key initiatives.
- Lead the development of executive presentations—from story crafting and content synthesis to presentation design—for the Board of Directors, C-suite, and senior leadership.
- Support the successful adoption of strategic initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, success measures, and operating mechanisms that drive execution and accountability.
- Monitor strategic performance and recommend actions to improve business outcomes and organizational impact.
