Requirements

  • Baccalaureate with minimum of 7+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within a consulting firm
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous Med Tech experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with senior executives on strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect enterprise strategy with operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape portfolio and business strategies that drive growth, performance, and organizational priorities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Provide strategic guidance on investments, prioritization, and business initiatives.
  • Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and executive recommendations.
  • Develop compelling, data-driven narratives that influence decision-making, build alignment, and accelerate adoption of key initiatives.
  • Lead the development of executive presentations—from story crafting and content synthesis to presentation design—for the Board of Directors, C-suite, and senior leadership.
  • Support the successful adoption of strategic initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, success measures, and operating mechanisms that drive execution and accountability.
  • Monitor strategic performance and recommend actions to improve business outcomes and organizational impact.
