About The Position

The Principal, Strategic Execution serves as a force multiplier to the Chief Operating Officer, driving execution across high-priority operational and strategic initiatives. This role translates executive direction into structured analysis, actionable recommendations, and cross-functional execution with a high degree of independence. This role partners closely with executive leadership to support decision-making, accelerate initiative progress, and deliver executive-ready insights in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record; MBA is preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similarly rigorous analytical environments
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, analyses, and strategic recommendations independently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Exposure to healthcare, home care, or service-based industries preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence in El Segundo

Responsibilities

  • Develop structured analyses, recommendations, and decision-support materials across operational, organizational, and financial initiatives
  • Produce executive-level deliverables including presentations, briefing documents, memos, and strategic summaries for senior leadership audiences
  • Drive high-priority initiatives forward through cross-functional coordination, project support, and execution tracking
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize operational and financial data to support KPI monitoring and strategic decision-making
  • Conduct research and landscape assessments related to operations, industry trends, competitive insights, and strategic opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data integrity, reporting consistency, and operational alignment
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects and executive initiatives sponsored by the COO
