Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Principal Facilities Representative Level 3 or Senior Principal Facilities Representative Level 4 to support our Facility Team on site at our Palmdale, California location. This position will follow a 4/10 or 9/80 work Schedule. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in 5 years of related work experience or a Masters Degree with 3 years stated experience; NOTE: An additional 3 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree (for Level 3)
  • Bachelor's degree in 8 years of related work experience or a Masters Degree with 6 years stated experience; NOTE: An additional 3 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree (for Level 4)
  • Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Accesses
  • Familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have experience collaborating with workers, contractors, management, and customers to meet project requirements.
  • Must have ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Acting as primary Liaison for Subcontractors/Vendors to plan and facilitate support of facilities maintenance efforts.
  • Identifying funding and collaborating with Global Supply Chain (GSC) for Purchase Order (PO) creation and maintenance.
  • Partnering with Cost Management to establish budget forecasts, and regular updates to Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
  • Monitoring and facilitating timely completion of LX Training for Facilities Maintenance Technicians and Subcontractors/Vendors
  • Making purchases for the Facilities Maintenance Team, via Purchase Card
  • Processing Subcontractor/Vendor badge requests
  • Other tasks as assigned
