About The Position

As a Principal Software Engineer at Avandra Imaging, you’ll serve as a hands-on technical leader, collaborating across Engineering, Product, and other areas of the business to shape and deliver systems that are secure, scalable, and high-impact. • Investigate and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation, simplify complexity, and support scale.
  • Contribute directly to codebases , especially for architectural foundations, prototypes, and complex or high-risk areas.
  • Serve as a multiplier , identifying gaps, facilitating collaboration, and unblocking teams without taking over.
  • Uphold and strengthen our engineering culture , with a commitment to curiosity, learning, integrity, and positive team dynamics.
  • Help recruit and onboard exceptional talent , contributing to a team that reflects our values and mission.
