About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to design and implement applications and migrate legacy systems to modern technology stacks. The role works with multiple vendors and integration mechanisms to support Logistics Systems.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of application design and implementation.
• Experience with legacy system migration.
• Proficiency in API integration and data replication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain systems, Order Management Systems, and Inventory Management Systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Blue Yonder TMS.
• 3+ years of experience with OpenShift and GCP.
• 3+ years of experience with Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Proficiency in integrating with Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Postgres, and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Driver Management Systems and Driver Dispatch Systems.
• Proficiency with Freight Pay and Audit.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement applications for transportation management systems.
• Integrate APIs with Blue Yonder TMS.
• Work with Blue Yonder TMS DAAS systems.
• Integrate transportation modules and technologies, such as p44.
• Develop unified portals for TMS operations and dashboards for distribution systems.
• Migrate applications to OpenShift and Azure platforms.
• Integrate freight payment systems.
• Track international freight.
• Develop and maintain Yard Management Systems.
• Generate and manage Power BI reports.
