Overall Purpose: Perform end-to-end IT project management throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with client goals, business strategies, and industry best practices while managing concurrent projects of varying complexity across multiple regions and functions. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Planning, Scheduling, and Dependency Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet milestones. Manage the release of complex features that require integrated releases across applications. • Stakeholder and Client Management: Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements, align project outcomes with business goals, and ensure needs are met. • Team Leadership and Coordination: Direct project teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective collaboration and communication. • Risk and Budget Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure financial constraints are met. • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, organizational standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC.
